Beauty + Wellness Gifts

I thought a fourth gift guide in a row may be too much, but when I asked on Instagram almost all of you said to keep them coming. So! Today I’m sharing my favorite beauty and wellness gifts.

Like so many moms, my interest for living cleaner and using safer products really started when I had Olivia. Our wellness journey is something I really cherish and enjoy. I am so grateful for all of the safer options available to us and I have so much fun trying new things; finding new and safe products we like and see results from, finding the best and least expensive places to buy organic food, learning to use essential oils to help us be well. There are so many pieces to the puzzle and I truly think the gift of wellness and self care is one of the best things you can give your loved ones this holiday season (and beyond!)

I had a hard time narrowing down my picks but I’m excited to share these! I’d love to know if you have any favorites? I’m always game for trying something new! <3

Essential Oils Starter Kit: This is a game changer for anyone wanting to manage their physical, emotional, and mental wellness in a less traditional way. The kit includes 10 of the company’s most popular oils and a diffuser (along with lots of literature!) as well as a sample of their cleaner and one of their supplements. It’s really the best way to get started with oils.

David’s Toothpaste: Not the most glamourous gift pick, but it’s totally safe toothpaste that works well and would make a perfect stocking stuffer.

Deodorant: This is one of the most important beauty products to switch out for something cleaner. I have tried a couple and this deodorant really works. The consistency of this one is great, and I love the smell too.

Rose Quartz Water Bottle: This sleek bottle has a permanent crystal in the bottom of it to allow your water to be infused with the power of crystals.

Multipurpose Balm: This is such a versatile beauty must have. You can use it on cheeks, lips, cuticles, hair, and more. There are also tinted versions, but this natural one is sure to be a hit.

Body Bronzer Duo: I have been a fan of French Girl Organics for years. This body oil duo is so pretty. One has tint, one has shimmer; perfect for a little winter skin pick me up!

Soothing Face Roller: This rose quartz roller is the perfect way to wake up your face. It promotes circulation for glowy, healthy looking skin, releases tension in facial muscles, and cools to help reduce the appearance of puffiness and under eye bags.

Mason Pearson Brush: You may remember from my Seven Game Changing Beauty Buys that this brush changed my hair life. It’s definitely a splurge, but it is so worth it.

Makeup Quad: I started using RMS products earlier this year and I am obsessed. Their concealer is so hydrating and dreamy! I also love this little quad which gives you a couple of their lip + cheek colors, their bronzer, one of their highlighters and some extra coconut oil. It’s the perfect way to try out the line to see if it’s a fit for you.

Body Scrub: This is a must for dreary winter skin that feels like a small little luxury.

Beauty Tea: These teas are a mix of herbs, flowers and tea leaves. Rosy Matcha and Minty Lavender are delicious and full of beauty benefits.

Car Vent Diffuser: This is genius! Use your favorite oils in the car to help make your rush hour drives, long road trips, and every day trips more enjoyable.

Nail Polish: I love this non toxic set in pretty shades of pink.

Belly Oil: If you have any preggy mamas on your list, this belly oil is such a pregnancy luxury.

Greens Powder Supplement: This is designed to alkalize the body and maintain equilibrium. It’s a pre and probiotic-rich elixir that supports digestion, reduces inflammation, and promotes a healthier GI tract. I love that’s it’s also vegan! There are many others in the line I would really like to check out.

Body Brush: This brush gently exfoliates and boosts circulation, keeping the system in great condition and boosting your lymphatic system, too.

True Botanicals Skin Care: I am a little in denial that I fall into the “anti-aging” category, but I am so excited to start using these products! This is one of the ultimate clean skin care lines and the results are supposed to be unbelievable!

xoxo
